Camp sessions run every Sunday & Monday from September 20th through October 25th. Sessions are limited to 15 participants.

  • Session I: September 20th, 21st
  • Session II: September 27th, 28th
  • Session III: October 4th, 5th
  • Session IV: October 11th, 12th
  • Session V: October 18th, 19th
  • Session VI: October 25th, 26th

Thanks, in part, to a generous grant from the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets and the ongoing support of Flying Pigs Farm, the cost of camp is only $150.
That cost covers lodging, food, transportation between farms, speaker fee, tour fee, and chicken slaughtering.

Camp will begin at noon on Sunday and will finish Monday in time to have you back in the city by 10pm.
