The Garden of Spices

Ben and Jeannette Shaw started on their journey of poultry farming about five years ago after purchasing a 70- acre farm in Greenwich, New York.  A friend getting out of the poultry business called with an offer Ben couldn't refuse: "If you can get down here and haul the stuff away it's yours for a steal."  A week later the Shaw's were in the poultry business.  You're sure to be greeted by one of the Shaw kids (nine with one on the way,) when you arrive on the farm.  In addition to growing pasture raised turkeys, chickens, and ducks, Ben and Jeannette also operate a New York State Certified Poultry Processing Facility.
